Arthur has been training in karate since 2008 and leading fitness classes since 2010. Besides FitPOWER, you can also find him leading cardio kickboxing classes at UW-Milwaukee on Wednesday nights!
They love seeing people progress in their fitness journey. Watching participants improve on form and feeling more confident in the different moves is what inspires them as a coach. |
