Monthly restorative yoga
Join Michelle for a nourishing monthly restorative yoga practice designed to release muscular tension and relax not only the body but also the mind. During each 2-hour session, you'll experience a stress-relieving combination of floor-based, long held, prop-supported poses, mindful breathing, guided meditation, touch (with permission), and sound.
Restorative yoga has been shown to improve flexibility and sleep, boost the immune system, and balance the nervous system. A highly accessible practice, it is ideal for those recovering from injury or illness and those with limited mobility, as well as those seeking a complement to more active practices.
Class is every third Sunday of the month from 4pm-6pm.
