WHETHER YOU TREAT JIU JITSU AS AN ART, A FORM OF SELF DEFENSE, OR A SPORT, THERE IS NO WRONG WAY TO TRAIN.Gi & NoGI FundamentalsGi and NoGi fundamentals is designed for the beginner and intermediate practitioner. We follow a curriculum which rotates every 6 weeks. This allows the student to practice a movement repeatedly in multiple positions and different situations. Classes are taught by brown belt, Oswin Ramion.

Kickboxing Fundamentals
A beginner friendly class focusing on the fundamentals of kickboxing including pad work, defensive and offensive techniques, and foot work. Have fun and learn some self defense all while increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Contact is limited while skills are developing in our students, which ensures a safe environment for all beginners.

Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing is much more than the mere learning and application of combat techniques. In their totality, they are a wonderful system of physical, intellectual, and moral education. These martial arts have their own culture, systems, heritage, customs, and traditions. Moreover, the principles of gentleness are carried from the practice mats and into most students' lives, in their interactions with their friends, family, work colleagues, and even strangers. The practice of jiu jitsu and kickboxing gives its students a code of ethics, a way of living, and a way of being.
