Coach Brad Coach Karen Mondays/Fridays 5:30pm-6:30pm Building BlocksA class designed for the new jiu jitsu practitioner. Learn the basic movements of guard, mount, side mount, back mount, sweeps, and submissions in an easily digestible 5 week rotation. Each week returns to the week before and then adds something new. A perfect class to try if you are just starting out!
Coach Christine Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm Gi FundamentalsOur most popular class, gi fundamentals is designed for the beginner and intermediate practitioner. We follow a curriculum which rotates every 6 weeks. This allows the student to practice a movement repeatedly in multiple positions and different situations.
Coach Christine Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm Advanced Jiu jitsuAdd a little spice to your game with advanced jiu jitsu! Each week is a little different allowing the more intermediate practitioner room to play and grow their game. We do recommend you have at least six months of consistent training under your belt before joining.
Coach John Mondays 7:30pm-8:30pm Non-Men Jiu JitsuOur non-men class welcomes all non-binary, trans, and cis-women. We follow the same fundamentals curriculum which rotates every 6 weeks. This allows the student to practice a movement repeatedly in multiple positions and different situations, and opens the door for conversation and technique that may be specific to individuals in an environment made for them.

JUDO IS A TREMENDOUS AND DYNAMIC COMBAT SPORT THAT DEMANDS BOTH PHYSICAL PROWESS AND GREAT MENTAL DISCIPLINE.Kids & Adults JudoFrom a standing position, learn techniques that allow you to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs. On the ground, learn techniques that allow you to pin your opponents down to the ground, control them, and apply various chokeholds or arm locks until submission.

Kickboxing Fundamentals
A beginner friendly class focusing on the fundamentals of kickboxing including pad work, defensive and offensive techniques, and foot work. Have fun and learn some self defense all while increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Contact is limited while skills are developing in our students, which ensures a safe environment for all beginners.

Moreover, the principles of gentleness are carried from the practice mats and into most students' lives, in their interactions with their friends, family, work colleagues, and even strangers. The practice of jiu jitsu, judo, and grappling, gives its students a code of ethics, a way of living, and a way of being.
