The foundation of Paul’s training is helping clients develop the appropriate body movements necessary for minimizing physical imbalances and avoiding injuries. Besides improving the performance of fit or skilled individuals, he enjoys educating clients and helping inexperienced exercisers discover their motivation.
Paul has over 30 years of martial arts experience, initially learning Tae Kwon Do in the 80s and later studying and teaching other systems such as Thai Boxing, Filipino Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With a strong interest in the practical application of martial arts, he has developed and taught women’s self-defense, as well as restraint and defense programs specific for ensuring the safety of group home residents and workers in the mental health field. |
