Power conditioning

A thoughtfully programmed class designed to help the student build a strong, power foundation, and then gradually build upon that foundation.  Students learn how to apply force slowly, and then gradually increase their ability to be powerful in their movements for longer amounts of time.  Combined with tempo training and work with the barbell, Power Foundations will help any powerlifter and grappling athlete improve their performance on the mats and under the bar.
