A self defense workshop will in no way prepare you 100% for an unfortunate event, but we do introduce you to the tools you will need to begin learning. The techniques we demonstrate must be practiced over and over for months before familiarity with movements become more natural.*  ​
Workshops are 60 minutes in length and include:
  • Situational awareness 
  • How to break different grips to the wrist and arm
  • Defending hands to the throat
  • Preventative techniques to not get choked
