small group coaching
Our most popular option! Personalized programming in a community atmosphere. Small groups have 2-5 clients during their hour. Great for the client who enjoys a class environment but has a coach looking out for their best interest. 60 minute sessions only.
Private coaching BJJ & Judo
Expert coaching in jiu jitsu or judo. We encourage you to bring a friend to split the cost. This is a great option for extra guidance or to solidify some moves in your game plan for upcoming competitions.
