Gi FundamentalsOur most popular introductory class, gi fundamentals is designed for the beginner and intermediate practitioner. We follow a curriculum which rotates every 6 weeks. This allows the student to practice a movement repeatedly in multiple positions and different situations.
Power HourTypically performed without a gi, Power Hour is designed for the intermediate to advanced crowd, however, we do welcome beginners. This class focuses on stand up, sparring rounds at 80% intensity or up, and a lot of drilling.
No Gi GrapplingHalf grappling. Half wrestling. Come learn a full hour of stand up techniques and take down drills without the gi!
Women's Jiu JitsuWomen's class welcomes ALL women. We follow the same fundamentals curriculum which rotates every 6 weeks. This allows the student to practice a movement repeatedly in multiple positions and different situations, and opens the door for conversation and technique that may be specific to women.
Self Defense WorkshopsA self defense workshop will in no way prepare you 100% for an unfortunate event, but we do introduce you to the tools you will need to begin learning. The techniques we demonstrate must be practiced over and over for months before familiarity with movements become more natural.
