Join FitPOWER every Wednesday for a slow flow vinyasa yoga. Instructor Elizabeth Doerr designs each class with the grappler and lifter in mind. Spend an hour focusing on opening your hips and shoulders and end the class with a brief meditation as your cool down. Liz does a wonderful job scaling movements back for the beginner as well as providing challenging options for the more advanced practitioner.
