Who we are

FitPOWER LLC believes that strong bodies create strong communities.  Health should be affordable and accessible to everyone and FitPOWER embodies that by keeping our community at the forefront of our vision.  We are committed to our members by creating affirming spaces for our LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.  FitPOWER provides knowledgeable and compassionate coaching under the bar and in our martial arts programs, while honoring body autonomy and the movement experiences of our members.

Open Gym
$35 per Month or $20 for a week pass!*
One of our newest offers is our Open Gym membership!  For it's first 11 years FitPOWER was a private & small group coaching gym only.  In August of 2022 we opened our doors for the member who  prefers to train in a cleaner & quieter environment.  *All potential open gym and week pass members must take a tour to be vetted by our staff.*  ​We take the safety of our community very seriously.
Disclaimer: We are a coaching gym first.  If our hours or rules don't suit you we work closely with Midwest Power Gym and can provide information for their location.

All open gym times must be reserved on Rhinofit prior to arrival.
Sunday: 5:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-10:00pm*
Monday: 5:00am-4:00pm; 7:00pm-10:00pm
Tuesday: 5:00am-7:00am;10:00am-4:00pm; 6:00pm-10:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00am-4:00pm; 6:00pm-10:00pm
Thursday: 5:00am-7:00am;10:00am-4:00pm; 7:00pm-10:00pm
Friday: 5:00am-4:00pm; 6:00pm-10:00pm
Saturday: 5:00am-9:00am; 11:00am - 10:00pm

  • WE ARE A pro-lgbtqia, pro-black lives, pro-trans lives, pro-disabled lives, pro-body autonomy space and we do not tolerate any fascist behavior or ideologies.  
  • WE ARE weight & body neutral and do not promote unhealthy fit-fluencer, diet culture, or wellness-guru type challenges or contests.
  • WE OPERATE as a community and count on each other to re-rack our own weights, clean up any spills, and encourage open communication.
  • WE LIMIT Open Gym space to 4 people per hour.  This helps make sure it doesn't get overcrowded and everyone has near equal access to equipment.
  • Open Gym time must be reserved on our Rhinofit app.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
